A little rain is a wonderful thing

After several years of two-toned wood-chips in this Queen's Park garden bed, Council has decided to risk planting some low water-using shrubs.  A considerable improvement. 

Problem solved

Tree in the way?  Not a problem in Kernan Street, Strathmore.
